1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Voxime.ai website, contacting us, or subscribing to our AI appointment setting service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy. If you use our Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

Voxime.ai provides an AI-powered call answering, lead qualification, and appointment booking service for service businesses. Our team configures your AI system, monitors its performance, and may adjust it after launch to keep it working well. The Service is designed to support, not replace, your own judgment and control over customer handoffs.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, services, availability, and booking process. You are responsible for keeping your business information up to date and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including laws related to call recording, consent, and marketing communications.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Voxime.ai operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. Fees are billed on the schedule agreed at sign-up. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, with no cancellation penalties. Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are non-refundable for the billing period in which they were charged.

5. AI & Call Handling Disclaimer

While we work hard to make every interaction professional and accurate, AI systems are not perfect. The Service may occasionally mishear, misstate, or miss information, and we do not guarantee that every call will result in a booked appointment. The Service is not a substitute for professional or legal advice. Calls handled through our system may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, to misrepresent your business, to harass any person, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, and materials provided by Voxime.ai remain our property or the property of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxime.ai and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued operation would violate applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and any accrued obligations remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, technology, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voxime.ai is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
